Technology for Parents

PowerSchool gives you real-time access to your child's grades, attendance, assignments, scores, and teacher comments, plus dashboard widgets for GPA, assignments due, school bulletins, meal balance, and fees.

1. Go to the PowerSchool Parent Sign In page and create an account with your email address.
2. Link your students using the Student Access ID and password (provided by the district at enrollment).
3. Download the mobile app and sign in — the District ID is RXKH.
4. Choose which push and email notifications you want.

Note: parent access may be unavailable during the summer and the first few weeks of the school year while rosters are finalized.

GoGuardian Parent gives you a bird's-eye view of your child's browsing on school-managed Chromebooks: the last 30 days of website, app, and document activity, plus any teacher interventions like screen locks. Outside school hours, you can block websites or pause internet access on demand or on a schedule.

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in with the email address you have registered with the school.
3. Verify your account through the link sent to that email — and you're in.

MySchoolBucks lets you securely pay for student meals and more with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check — plus set up auto-payments, view meal purchase history, and get low-balance alerts.

1. Go to the MySchoolBucks website and create a profile.
2. Select Oklahoma, then Noble Public Schools.
3. Add your student using their name, date of birth, and 6-digit Student ID.
4. Download the mobile app if you'd like to manage it from your phone.

Free & Reduced-Price Meals: every family is asked to complete the online Free and Reduced-Price School Meals application each year, even if you don't plan to participate — guidelines can change, and the district's federal funding for other programs is based on these applications. Rank One handles athletic participation paperwork online. You'll need your student's ID, date of birth, physician and emergency contact details.

1. Go to the Noble Rank One portal and click "Electronic Participation Forms."
2. Complete every required field (enter "NA" or "UNKNOWN" where something doesn't apply).
3. Sign electronically, then print the physical form from the "Download and Print" tab.
4. Take the printed physical form to your doctor's office for signature.
