Technology for Teachers
Your classroom tech, in one place — managing student Chromebooks with GoGuardian, the tools students work in, the Rave Panic Button safety app, and where to go when something breaks.
GoGuardian Teacher
GoGuardian Teacher lets you see and manage student Chromebooks during class — live screen views, opening and closing tabs, locking screens, keeping students on a set of sites with Scenes, limiting open tabs, off-task alerts, student chat and announcements, video calls that ring the Chromebook directly, lesson recording (saved 90 days), and screen sharing with your audio and video.
Getting In
- Go to the Clever Portal and click Log in with Google using your district account.
- On the dashboard, click GoGuardian.
- First time only: go to Classrooms → Pending and accept the classes/periods you want to manage (they sync automatically from Clever).
Good to Know
- Classroom sessions run 7 AM – 8 PM, Monday–Friday only.
- Only school-owned devices are monitored — personal devices appear but can't be viewed.
- Students always see a blue schoolhouse icon, and get a notice when they join your session.
- You'll receive a daily summary of your classes' usage.
- Need a co-teacher or aide added? Send in a work order and we'll enable them.

Classroom Platforms
Google Workspace & Classroom
Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Classroom with district accounts. Google Classroom is the assignment platform at Hubbard, Pioneer, and CIMS; Canvas is the platform at the high school.
Office 365 Online
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote in the browser — works on Chromebooks. Sign in at office com with your full @nobleps.com email and your usual district password. Files must live in OneDrive (not Google Drive) to open in Office 365, and the Outlook tile will error since we don't use its mail service. Microsoft Office Help & Training →
Rave Panic Button
All staff should install the Rave Panic Button app — it puts one-touch emergency alerting on your phone and is a key part of our school safety measures.
Teaching with Chromebooks
Students in PreK–5 keep Chromebooks in the classroom; grades 6–12 take them home. Handy classroom resources:

Student Device Damage
If a student's device is lost, damaged, or stolen, report it right away to support@nobleps.com or (405) 872-7800. Repair costs and the loaner policy are spelled out for families on the Technology for Parents page.
Cybersecurity & KnowBe4
Noble uses KnowBe4 for security awareness training. Expect two things in your inbox: assigned training modules, and simulated phishing emails that test what the training teaches — clicking one is a learning moment, not a gotcha.
Phishing Red Flags
- An unexpected sender — or a familiar name with a slightly-off email address
- Urgency and pressure: "act now," "your account will be closed," "the superintendent needs gift cards"
- Links that don't match their text — hover before you click
- Unexpected attachments, or requests for your password (IT will never ask for it)
