Get a Sports Physical
Getting cleared to play is quick once you know the steps. Complete your physical and RankOne forms, and you’re ready for tryouts.
Before you practice or try out, every Noble athlete needs a current OSSAA sports physical and completed athletic forms on file. Here’s the whole process.
Four Steps to Clear
Get the physical form
Download and print the OSSAA physical form for your school.
See a provider
Have a doctor or licensed provider complete the exam and sign the form. Watch for school-sponsored physical nights, which are often the easiest and cheapest option.
Complete your RankOne forms
Log in to RankOne and finish the electronic athletic paperwork (contact info, consents, and acknowledgements).
Submit everything
Upload or turn in your signed physical so it’s on file with the athletic office. You’re cleared once everything is complete.
Good to Know
- Every year: a new physical is required each school year, so last year’s won’t carry over.
- Deadlines: get cleared before your sport’s season begins.
