Noble Schools is looking for dependable people to join our Transportation Team! Experience or a CDL is not required — we offer on-the-job training. Drive our most precious cargo, keep your school breaks, and let us pay for your health insurance.

The Schedule
Drivers work while school is in session, with all school holidays off — Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summer Break. Hourly rates increase with years of experience.
Morning Route
6:00 – 9:00 AMGet the day started, then it's yours until the afternoon.
Afternoon Route
2:15 – 5:45 PMBring everyone home safe to close the day.
The Benefits
Drivers are scheduled for 6.5 hours per day, which qualifies you for Section 125 benefits — health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Health insurance and $30,000 of life insurance are employer-paid; all other benefits are employee-paid on a pre-tax basis. Drivers working 6.5 hours a day receive:
- 9 Paid Sick Days
- 3 Paid Personal Days
- 3 Paid Emergency Days
- 3 Paid Bereavement Days
- Employer-Paid Health Insurance
- Employer-Paid Life Insurance ($30,000)
