Noble Public Schools is a 5A District located in Noble, Oklahoma. The district has 3 Elementary Schools, 1 Middle School and 1 High School.

In 1910, Noble built its first public school. However, funding was scarce, and there was only enough money for a six month term. The school came close to closing its doors; however, provision was made when people solicited to make monthly payments. This kept the school operational for the required nine month period. The new building was a square two-story brick structure. The high school occupied the upper floor while the elementary was on the ground floor. The structure had a small basement with a boiler room and steam heater that warmed the building.
In 1937, a gymnasium was built next to the two story building. It was constructed by the WPA. Noble schools first restrooms were in the basement under the stage. In the late 1940’s a home economics building was added to the south side of the gym. Rental meat lockers were also located under the home economics building.
The “new” Noble High School was built in 1950. The cafeteria was separate from the high school building, and reportedly the food was quite good. Busses picked up the rural school students and bused them to the high school. Some of the great educators of that era were: John. K. Hubbard, Bill Fisher, Mary Alice Fisher, Becky Comstock, Charles McAttie, Coach Paul Hansen, Teacher/Coach Jim Farris, and Patricia Hammond English. The student population in the 50s range between 17 to 40 students per class.
Noble Public Schools has completed the Noble High School and Hubbard Elementary School addition and renovation projects funded by the 2010 School Improvement Bond. These projects have provided much-needed classroom space as well as a modernized child nutrition venue and state-of-the-art athletic facilities. Noble Schools is grateful for the support of the community to provide beautiful and functional facilities for the benefit of our students.

Riley Park is located at 1400 S. Main Street. The park includes a one-mile lighted asphalt walking trail, a covered picnic pavilion, restrooms, park benches, picnic tables, and Barbecue pits, and paved parking. This park has some of the largest trees in Noble and is traversed by Berry Creek and unusual topography that is a source of pride for the community.
Riley Park is an important historical site in Noble. At the far west end of the park, is the abandoned Santa Fe Railroad Bridge that was part of the original railroad built in 1887. This railroad facilitated the land run of 1889 when Noble was founded. Eventually, the tracks were moved farther to the west and this site was abandoned. The original stone and brickwork are still in place to showcase the construction styles of the late 1800s.
-
In 2009, the City of Noble constructed Kenneth L. King Park, a twenty-acre park located at 1000 E. Maguire Rd immediately west of Hubbard Elementary School. The park is a rustic, heavily wooded nature park that will contain a one mile hard surface, lighted walking trail. It is home to an 18 hole disc golf course.
