Keep Your Info Current
Update your phone, email, and contact information through PowerSchool Parent Portal Forms — it syncs nightly to ParentSquare, so school messages always reach you.
First-Time Setup for Parents
- Get your student's Access ID and Access Password from their school's front office. These are one-time setup codes used only to link your child to your account — they are not your student's login.
- Create your account. Go to the Parent Portal, click the Create Account tab, and choose your own username and password.
- Link your children. Enter each student's Access ID and Access Password to add them — every child in the district, all under one account. Add more students later under Account Preferences.
- Use the same login in the app. Download PowerSchool Mobile, enter District Code RXKH, and sign in with the username and password you just created.
Setting Up the Mobile App
- Download the app to your smartphone — PowerSchool Mobile is a free combined Parent and Student app, available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch, and on Google Play for Android devices.
- Launch the PowerSchool app.
- Enter District Code: RXKH
- Enter your portal username and password, then click Sign In.
Students Sign In Differently
Students can use PowerSchool on the web and in the app to view attendance, assignments, scores, grades, and more. When students sign in, they use their Student Username and Student Password — not the parent Access ID. If they don't have this information, they can ask their school's front desk.

Common Questions
I forgot my username or password. How do I get back in?
On the Parent Portal sign-in page, click "Forgot Username or Password?" and follow the prompts — a reset link will be sent to your email (check spam if it doesn't arrive). Students should contact their school's front desk for password help.
Do I need to create my account before using the app?
Yes. You will need a Parent Portal account before you can sign in to the PowerSchool Mobile app. Create your account on the web first, then use the same username and password in the app with District Code RXKH.
Can I see all my children under one account?
Yes — one parent account covers every child you link, even at different Noble schools. Add each student using their Access ID and Access Password, either during account creation or later under Account Preferences.
What's the difference between the Access ID and my student's login?
The Access ID and Access Password are one-time codes for linking a student to a parent account — once your account is set up, you won't need them again. Your student signs in with their own Student Username and Password, available from their school's front desk.
Why does my contact info in PowerSchool matter for other apps?
PowerSchool is the district's system of record. Your contact information syncs nightly to ParentSquare, our school-to-home communication platform — so keeping your email and phone current in PowerSchool ensures you never miss a school message.
Who do I contact for account help?
Your child's school front office manages PowerSchool accounts — they'll verify your identity before sharing account information, to protect student data and privacy. For app or technical trouble, PowerSchool's Resource Center covers the most common fixes.
