Leadership Team

Kristal Standridge is a proud graduate of Noble High School and has dedicated her entire educational career to serving the students, families, and community of Noble Public Schools. With more than 20 years of experience in education, she has served in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, coach, sponsor of multiple student organizations, assistant principal, middle school principal, and, for the past four years, principal of Noble High School.

As a lifelong Bear, Kristal’s heart truly bleeds blue and gold. She is deeply committed to providing every student with a premier educational experience that equips them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to successfully navigate their future. She believes that education should not only prepare students for college, careers, and life, but also inspire curiosity, character, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Kristal’s vision for Noble High School is to create an environment where students are challenged, supported, and empowered to discover the many opportunities available to them. She is passionate about fostering a culture of excellence that encourages students to dream boldly, embrace new experiences, and develop into responsible, compassionate leaders.

Outside of school, Kristal enjoys spending quality time with her family, gardening, and being outdoors. She considers it both an honor and a privilege to serve the community that helped shape her and remains dedicated to ensuring that Noble High School continues to provide exceptional opportunities for every student.
