Your support is invaluable to those whom you have entrusted with the business and conduct of the District. The utmost level of attention is paid to the questions, concerns, and ideas of every citizen who takes the integrity and welfare of the District to heart.

The Noble Board of Education consists of five members, each elected to staggered, five-year terms by a majority vote of the voters in the designated election district they represent. Regular board meetings are held at the NPS Administration Board Room, 111 South 4th St, Noble, Oklahoma 73068.

Meet the Board


The Noble Board of Education is an elected board consisting of five members: one selected each year for a term of five years. Each member resides within the geographical boundaries of an election district and enjoys an excellent reputation for unselfish service to the community. The Board is responsible for establishing policies under which the school system operates while acting within the framework of Oklahoma and federal laws while managing and governing the school district.

Will Broom

Local small business owner, husband, parent, and active member of the Noble community. Appointed to the Noble Board of Education in August 2024.

Vice-President

Wendy Barnes

Wendy has served on the Noble Board of Education since February 2015. She and her husband, Jim, are proud parents of two Noble High School graduates.

Clerk

James Reed

Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with 20 years of service to our country. Elected to the Noble Board of Education in December 2019.

Randy Sheppard

Career juvenile justice specialist and child abuse investigator for the State of Oklahoma. Appointed to the Noble Board of Education in September 2022.

Leroy Lukinbill

Noble High School Class of 1982 and retired Norman Fire Department veteran with 30 years of service. Elected in February 2015, now in his second five-year term.
