An account has already been created for you using your preferred email and phone number. To start enjoying all the benefits, download the ParentSquare app and log in using the invention link sent to you.

Tips for Parents
- ACTIVATE ACCOUNT: Click the link in your invitation email/ text or sign up on ParentSquare.com or via the ParentSquare app.
- DOWNLOAD APP: The ParentSquare app makes it easy to stay in the loop. Download it today at the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
- SET PREFERENCES: Click your name in the top right to visit your account page and set your notification and language preferences.
- GET PHOTOS & FILES: Click ‘Photos & Files’ in the sidebar to quickly access pictures, forms, and documents that have been shared with you.
- APPRECIATE POSTS: Click ‘Appreciate’ in your email/ app or website to thank a teacher or staff for a post. Teachers love the appreciation.
- COMMENT OR REPLY: Click ‘Comment’ in-app or on the website to privately ask a question about the post that your teacher or school sent. Not available on all posts or alerts.
- PARTICIPATE: Click ‘Sign Ups & RSVPs’ in the sidebar to see available opportunities. Click the Bell at the top to check your commitments.
- JOIN A GROUP: Click ‘Groups’ in the sidebar to join a group or committee at your school to participate or to stay up-to-date.
- FIND PEOPLE: Click ‘Directory’ in the sidebar to find teachers' contact information.
- GET IN TOUCH: Click ‘Messages’ in the sidebar to contact staff and teachers privately.

You don’t have to take any action to receive emails or texts. Our student information system (Powerschool) syncs contact information directly with ParentSquare. If you want to utilize the app, simply download it from the Apple Store Opening in a new window or Google Play Store Opening in a new window and follow the prompts.

This occurs when the accounts have the same phone number or email and one of the family members is asked if they want to merge accounts. This is typically used when one family member takes the lead on receiving communications for their students. If both parents would like to maintain individual accounts connected to their students it is recommended to not merge. If you merge accounts and would like to remove the merge (unlink) please contact your district ParentSquare help desk.

If you wish to change your contact information, please contact your school or update it through PowerSchool Parent Portal Forms. Powershcool syncs nightly with ParentSquare to update information. If you would like to make edits to your ParentSquare contact information, only log into your account or mobile app.

Yes. The first time that you log into the app or web portal, all of your students should automatically be listed in the upper lefthand corner. If you don’t see them, please contact your school office(s).

Please check your spam to see if any ParentSquare messages ended up there, and mark them as "Not Spam." Also add donotreply@parentsquare.com to your email contacts so your server recognizes our messages. If you still are not receiving emails, please contact us at support@parentsquare.com so we can assist you.

If you wish to add another child to your account, you will have to ensure your school's information system has registered your contact information and you are associated with your child. ParentSquare will always reflect the most current information we have received from the school’s information system.

Please go to parentsquare.com and on the login page click "Forgot Password." Put in your email or phone number and you will be sent a link to reset your password.

You can customize your language settings by going to "My Account" and clicking "Change This" under language settings. From here, you can choose any language you prefer from the drop down menu and you will start to receive content in that language. Here is a help article on how to change your language settings.

Contact your child's teacher privately by using our direct messaging tool. On the home page, click on "Messaging" in the left sidebar. From here, you can send a direct message to your child's teacher that only you and the teacher can see. You can also send messages to other staff members at the school, such as your child's coaches and club leaders. Here is a link to our help page on direct messaging.

In order to change your sign up, you must delete your existing sign up and sign up again for the correct slot. To delete your sign up, hover your mouse over your name and you will see a trash can appear to the right of your name. Click on the trash can and your sign up will be removed. Then, you can click on the "Sign Up" button that corresponds with the correct slot.

If your registration link expired, you will need a new one. Please contact your school's admin or send us an email and ask for a new link to be sent to you.

ParentSquare allows the district, and schools to send messages in a variety of ways.
- Post: Populates to your school’s “feed” in the ParentSquare app or web portal. You will receive an email and text notification that a post has been made. The time of notification is determined by your notification settings.
- Direct Message: Staff can choose to send a private message to one or more users and parents can respond by email or using the ParentSquare mobile app.
- Smart Alert: Can be sent at the district and school level, the message may be short regarding non-urgent school related information or may include necessary information such as changes in schedule or attendance notifications. These can be sent via text, email or phone call.
- Urgent Smart Alert: These messages will be sent via text, email and phone call and include inclement weather notifications and health and safety issues.

Parent Dashboard -
You can customize your notification settings by going to your homepage and clicking on your name in the top right corner and selecting "My Account" from the drop-down menu. On your account page, you find your notification settings in the top right corner and click "Change This" to customize your notifications. If you’re receiving too many notifications, try changing to "digest" setting, meaning you’ll only receive one condensed message in the evening.

The Noble School District, your student's school, and teachers use ParentSquare to communicate with families. This includes emergency messages and information related to the school’s educational mission. You may receive email, text, voice calls, and push notifications from the ParentSquare mobile app and ParentSquare portal, depending on your contact information in the PowerSchool Parent Portal (our Student Information System). Families are automatically registered to receive notifications when they enroll their students.
The easiest way to opt out of notifications is to log in to ParentSquare and adjust your notification settings. Note that even if you opt out of receiving communication, you will still receive notifications for emergencies and other necessary school information, such as attendance and lunch balances.
If you are not a family member receiving notifications in error, please get in touch with the school office for support.
To opt out of receiving notifications, you can:
- Preferred method: Log in to ParentSquare and change your notification settings. This allows you to customize when and how you wish to receive communications from your teacher(s), school(s), and the district.
- Emails: Click the Unsubscribe link in any email you receive
- Text Messages: Click the Opt-Out link in the first text message you receive from ParentSquare. You can also reply STOP to any subsequent text you receive.
- Phone Calls: Contact your school’s main office.
To opt back in:
- Preferred method: Log in to ParentSquare and change your notification settings. This allows you to customize when and how you wish to receive communications from your teacher(s), school(s), and the district.
- Text Messages: If you sent STOP, you can reply START to any text you had received or send START to 66458.
