Stacy Storey serves as the Executive Director for Noble Public Schools. Throughout her career, she has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district administrator, with a passion for supporting students, developing educators, and strengthening school systems. Stacy holds degrees in education and educational leadership and is committed to fostering collaborative school cultures that promote academic excellence and student success. What Stacy loves most about being a Noble Bear is the district's and community's longstanding tradition of excellence and their shared commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Dr. Seth Meier
Director of Special Education & Child Find Coordinator
Dr. Meier brings 18 years of educational experience to Noble and is committed to creating environments where every person can flourish.

Dr. Meier joined Noble Public Schools in July 2026 as Director of Special Education. His 18 years in education span nearly every level of school life — paraprofessional, high school special education teacher, middle school assistant principal, special needs alternative program supervisor, elementary principal, and executive director of curriculum and personnel — and he serves as an adjunct instructor for multiple Oklahoma universities.
He holds a B.S. in Special Education and a Doctor of Education from the University of Oklahoma and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University; his dissertation on principal retention in Oklahoma public schools was named the Oklahoma Education Journal's Dissertation of the Year. A graduate of the 2024–2025 CCOSA/OSSBA Emerging Leaders Academy, he is an active member of CCOSA and the Oklahoma Directors of Special Services.

Austin leads the team that keeps the district's technology running smoothly for students, teachers, and staff every day.

Austin Baze is the Director of Technology at Noble Public Schools, where he leads the team that keeps the district's technology running smoothly for students, teachers, and staff every day. With more than 20 years of experience in school technology — including over 11 years as a technology director — Austin is passionate about using technology to support great teaching and give every student the tools they need to succeed.
During his time at Noble, he has helped bring a device into the hands of every student from PreK through 12th grade, upgraded the district's network so classrooms have fast and reliable internet, and strengthened the systems that keep student information safe and secure. He also leads a dedicated technology team that's always working behind the scenes to support Noble's classrooms and campuses.
Austin holds an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. He and his team are proud to serve the Noble community.

April leads the transportation team that gets Noble students to school and home again safely every day, across every route in the district.
Tyler Solomon
Athletic Director
Tyler oversees Bears athletics across the district, supporting the coaches, student-athletes, and programs that make Friday nights in Noble special.
