When to Reach Out

For Students

You can talk to Mrs. Whitlock about anything — she's a great listener. Kids visit the counselor when they're:

  • Feeling worried, sad, or angry and not sure why
  • Having trouble with friends
  • Going through changes at home
  • Just needing a grown-up to talk to

Tell your teacher or another trusted adult at school that you'd like to see the counselor.

For Families

Parents and guardians are always welcome to reach out — you know your child best. Good reasons to connect:

  • Changes at home your child's teachers should know about — a move, a loss, a new family situation
  • Shifts in mood, sleep, or behavior you've noticed
  • Worries about friendships or confidence
  • Finding community resources for your family

Email or call anytime — conversations are handled with care and discretion.

Reach Mrs. Whitlock at kwhitlock@nobleps.com or (405) 872-9201. If your family is in crisis, call or text 988 — the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — anytime, day or night.
