Repairs, Damage & Lost Devices

Report any loss, damage, or theft right away to the Technology Department at support@nobleps.com or (405) 872-7800. Damage beyond normal wear and tear is charged to the parent/student:

For a lost, stolen, or damaged-beyond-repair Chromebook.

Loaners & Getting Back Up and Running

After damage, a loaner or the repaired device is issued once the repair cost is paid in full or a payment plan is set up with at least one payment made.

Small Habits That Prevent Big Fees

Carry it closed, with two hands — never by the screen
Keep food and drinks away from the keyboard
Transport it in a backpack or sleeve, never loose with heavy books pressing on the lid
Charge it every night so it's ready for the school day
Never leave it in a hot or freezing car
