Getting Approved to Work With Students on Campus
Noble Public Schools values the support that outside counseling agencies provide to our students and families. To protect student safety and confidentiality, every outside counseling agency must be approved by the district before providing services to a student on any district campus.
Approval Required First
Outside providers may not begin services or meet with students on district property until all required documentation has been received and approved. This applies to every Noble campus and to every student, regardless of who arranged the referral.
This process applies to counseling agencies and to independent licensed providers — therapists, counselors, clinical social workers, and psychologists — who want to meet with a Noble student on a district campus during the school day.
How to Request Approval
Approval is requested by the agency or provider, not by the family. Start well before the date you hope to see a student.
-
Request the Documentation Packet
Contact Jennifer Rabe at the Central Office to receive the current list of required documentation. Requirements can change from year to year, so confirm you have the current version before you begin.
-
Complete Everything
Incomplete submissions cannot be reviewed. Check that every form is signed and every attachment is included before you send the packet.
-
Submit to the Central Office
Send your completed documentation to Jennifer Rabe at the Noble Public Schools Central Office, 111 South 4th Street, Noble, Oklahoma 73068.
-
Wait for Approval
You will be notified once your documentation has been received and approved. Please do not contact a school to schedule a student visit before you receive that notice.
Required Documentation
Requirements are maintained by the Central Office and are reviewed periodically. Contact Jennifer Rabe for the current documentation packet and for any questions about what applies to your agency.
Planning ahead. Some items in the approval process are outside the district’s control and can take several weeks to obtain. Agencies that expect to serve Noble students during the school year are encouraged to begin the process well before services are needed.

Please direct questions about required documentation, or about the status of a packet you have already submitted, to the Central Office rather than to individual schools.
For Families
This page is written for counseling agencies and providers — if you are a parent or guardian, there is nothing here you need to complete.
If you would like your child’s outside counselor or therapist to meet with them during the school day, start by contacting your child’s school counselor. Your provider will need district approval before any on-campus session.
