Portrait of Mr. Frank Solomon, Superintendent of Noble Public Schools

For more than four decades, Mr. Solomon has spent his career in Oklahoma schools — and for more than a decade, he's led ours. Every day, his focus is the same: making sure every Noble student has the greatest educational opportunity available.

From the Sidelines to the Superintendent's Office

Mr. Solomon's career started the way many great school stories do — out on the practice field. He began at Pauls Valley High School as an assistant football, wrestling, and baseball coach, then moved to Little Axe High School, where he served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and assistant principal, before joining Norman North High School as an assistant principal.

In the spring of 2001, he came to Noble as High School Principal — a role he proudly held for more than 13 years, wearing plenty of other hats along the way, including Athletic Director, Transportation Director, and Alternative School Principal. In the fall of 2014, he moved to Central Office as Assistant Superintendent, and in July 2015, he was named Superintendent of Noble Public Schools.

Rooted in the Noble Community

Mr. Solomon earned his Bachelor's and Master's of Education degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Closer to home, he's an active member of the Noble Chamber of Commerce and the Noble Public Schools Foundation for Academic Excellence — two organizations that work together to benefit the students, staff, and families of Noble.

A Noble Bear, Through and Through

When we say Noble Public Schools feels like family, Mr. Solomon means it literally. His three children went through Noble schools from kindergarten to graduation — and today, most of his grandchildren are Noble students, too.

What He Wants for Your Student

Every Noble student deserves the greatest educational opportunity available.

That means championing new and improved curriculum, courses, and instructional methods for all students — and staying dedicated to enhancing district facilities, so Noble students have access to the best resources anywhere.
