A Few Responsible-Use Reminders
Staff accounts only
These accounts are for staff only — students should not log in to or use your ChatGPT for Teachers account.
- Minimize student information. Even with FERPA-aligned protections, only include student data when it’s necessary for the task, and use first names or initials where possible.
- You’re the expert — review before you use. AI can make mistakes, so double-check generated content before sharing it with students or parents.
- District policies still apply. As always, district acceptable-use and technology policies apply.
Summary of teacher access terms
