Certified Staff
Certified staff salaries at Noble Public Schools are aligned above the State's Salary Schedule.
- Multi-tier salary schedule: Bachelors, Bachelors +15, Masters, Masters +15, Masters +30, Doctorate
- Verified out-of-state experience recognized
- Additional 7% for special education teachers
- Additional 10% for severe and profound special education teachers
- Mentor teacher stipend
- Extra duty pay for sponsors, coaches, department heads, and others
- District pays 100% of the employee portion of Teachers' Retirement
- Semi-monthly pay

Support salaries are determined by negotiated contract.

Leave Policy
Certified Staff
- Personal leave benefit of three days per academic year
- Bereavement leave benefit of three days per year for immediate family
- Sick leave of 10 days, or 12 days for 12-month employees

- Family Medical Leave (FMLA)
- Leave without pay option
Support Staff
- Leave based on the hour requirement of a particular job (i.e., one day of leave for a four-hour employee is equivalent to four hours)

Paid Health Insurance
State-paid health insurance benefit, or salary in lieu of benefit, for employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Paid Life Insurance Benefit
Life insurance benefit of $30,000 for employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Reduced to $19,500 at age 65 and $15,000 at age 70.

Teachers' Retirement
Teachers' Retirement for all certified staff, and optional Teachers' Retirement for support staff working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Learn more at Oklahoma TRS.

Activity pass for employee and spouse for local school athletic events.

Life in Noble
The City of Noble sits in Cleveland County, six miles south of Norman and twenty-eight miles from downtown Oklahoma City. Founded during the Land Run of April 22, 1889, Noble is today a growing residential and commercial community of roughly 7,000 residents — with the University of Oklahoma, the wider Oklahoma City metro, and Tinker Air Force Base all within an easy commute. The city offers a full slate of municipal services: police and fire protection, ambulance service, parks and recreation, a library, and the cultural events that hold a small town together.

Dane Park & Austin's Big Splash
A five-acre children's park at 501 S. 8th Street with a lighted walking trail, community garden, skateboard facility, pavilion — and a free 5,000-square-foot splash pad open all summer.
Riley Park
A one-mile lighted walking trail at 1400 S. Main Street beneath some of Noble's largest trees, with pavilions, picnic areas, and the historic 1887 Santa Fe railroad bridge at its west end.
Kenneth L. King Park
A twenty-acre wooded nature park on E. Maguire Road, just west of Hubbard Elementary, with a lighted walking trail and an 18-hole disc golf course.
Rose Rock Music Festival
Every year on the first weekend in May, Main Street fills with food and craft vendors, carnival rides, a car show, and a parade — Noble's signature community weekend.
